New investment funds likely to be available for 4,500 Australian start-up businesses through ESIC status

The Australian federal government has passed into law the new ESIC – Early Stage Investment Company laws. The Australian government estimates 4,500 early-stage companies are missing out on equity finance and wants them to raise $1 billion of ESIC capital in the next three years.

ESIC Hub has developed free online tools for early-stage companies to accelerate their capital raisings and for investors to understand the tax savings created by an ESIC investment, an emerging new asset class.   Investors wanting to invest in start-ups and start-up entrepreneurs can learn more about these opportunities at www.esichub.com
